(funded by The Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry). 1999 Founded Clariant Polymer (predecessor of Nichigo-Mowinyl). 2004 Founded Nichigo-Mowinyl (100% owned by The Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry). 2009 The Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry acquired Nichigo-Mowinyl.
2014 The Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry split and transferred the manufacturing division of its synthetic resin emulsion business to Chuo Rika Kogyo, which was then renamed Japan Coating Resin Corporation. 2017 The Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry split and transferred the sales division and R&D division of its synthetic resin emulsion business to Japan Coating Resin.
