Base material:PET (25 μm), glue thickness: 20 to 30 μm, direct application
Drying: 5 minutes at 105℃
Release paper: paper separator
Aging: at least 7 days at 23℃ (7 days at 40℃ for 4060, 4061, and 4090)
* A separate cross-linker should be blended for 4061 and 4090.
▪ Conforming to JIS Z 0237 (old JIS)
  • Adhesive force 23°C, 50%Rh, abrasive SUS (#280), 2 kg roller x 2 back-and-forth movements
    Speed: 300 mm/min (initial: 30 min, permanent: 24 h)
  • Retentive force 25 x 25 mm, abrasive SUS plate (#280), 2 kg roller x 2 back-and-forth movements, 20 minutes after application, 1 kg load, up to 1440 minutes ((1) 40°C, 30%Rh, (2) 80°C)
  • Ball tack (BT) J. DOW method, 23°C, 50%Rh
